01 Introduction

ku99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one ku99 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your ku99 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. ku99 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ku99 login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

• ku99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

04 Deposits

ku99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your ku99 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ku99 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount per transaction is BDT 50,000, subject to your payment provider's own limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• ku99 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where the deposit source cannot be verified.

If a deposit does not appear in your ku99 wallet within ten minutes of completing the transaction, please contact ku99 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a duplicate deposit before contacting support.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ku99 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in the player's own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is BDT 100,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• ku99 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the player's account standing.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 of these Terms.

ku99 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ku99 will notify the player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ku99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made, unless a different requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within this period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be listed in the specific promotion terms.
• ku99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method designed to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on ku99 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. ku99 does not manipulate game results and publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games in the library. Players can access RTP information from the game information panel within each game.

Crash-style games on ku99, including Slide, use provably fair algorithms. Players can independently verify the fairness of each round using the verification tools provided within the game interface.

• Game outcomes are final once a round has been completed. ku99 does not reverse game results except in cases of verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, ku99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's wallet.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku99. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one ku99 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to launder money or use ku99 for any illegal financial activity.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

ku99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting ku99 support. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, ku99 will process the closure immediately and apply a cooling-off period during which the account cannot be reopened.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in the player's wallet will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided the account was not closed due to a breach of these Terms. Balances in accounts closed for breach of Terms may be forfeited at ku99's discretion.
